M: Magnificent – Alphabet of Friendship

Oh Awaited One, The Light of this Life, My Dearest Soul,
How I pray not for silver or gold, but an ardent wish I dearly behold,
How I wish not for jewels and fortune, but a burning desire I hold untold.
Oh Awaited One, The Light of this Life, My Dearest Soul,
Without You I am bare, out in the cold,
Without Your Magnificent Link, there is no rope to hold,
I yearn to see You touch the souls of both the young and old.
Oh Awaited One, The Light of this Life, My Dearest Soul,
Transcend the distance, save me,
For without you, I will never be whole…

Imam Ali al-Ridha (Peace be upon Him):
“The Imam is like the rising sun, magnificently dazzling the world with its light, positioned on the horizon where hands and eyes cannot reach.”
