14- I bear witness that my father Muhammad  , is His servant and messenger. Allah chose him before creating him, selected him before appointing him, and named him before his appointment.
|
وَ اَشْهَدُ اَنَّ أَبِى مُحَمَّداً صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ عَبْدُهُ وَ رَسُولُهُ، اِخْتارَهُ قَبْلَ اَنْ يَجْتَبِلَهُ، وَ اصْطَفاهُ قَبْلَ اَنْ يَبْتَعِثَهُ، وَ سَمّاهُ قَبْلَ اَنْ يَسْتَنْجِبَهُ
|
|
| 15- And this selection occurred when creatures were concealed in the realm of the unseen, veiled behind formidable curtains, and ultimately connected to the verge of nonexistence, for God is aware of the ultimate outcomes of actions, and encompasses the unfolding events of all the times and is knowledgeable about the timing of destinies.
|
اِذِ الْخَلائِقُ بِالْغَيْبِ مَكْنُونَةٌ، وَ بِسِتْرِ الْاَهاوِيلِ مَصُونَةٌ، وَ بِنِهايَةِ الْعَدَمِ مَقْرُونَةٌ، عِلْماً مِنَ اللّهِ تَعالىٰ بِمَآئِلِ الْأُمُورِ، وَ اِحاطَةً بِحَوادِثِ الدُّهُورِ، وَ مَعْرِفَةً بِمَواقِعِ الْمَقْدُورِ

|
| 16- Allah appointed him to accomplish His command, to carry out His decree, and to enforce His inevitable ordinances.
|
اِبْتَعَثَهُ اللّهُ اِتْماماً لِأَمْرِهِ، وَ عَزِيمَةً عَلىٰ اِمْضاءِ حُكْمِهِ، وَ اِنْفاذاً لِمَقادِيرِ حَتْمِهِ
|
|
| 17- So, he observed nations divided in their religions, devoted to their fires (of polytheism), worshipping their idols, denying Allah despite their (innate) knowledge.
|
فَرَأَى الْأُمَمَ فِرَقاً فى اَدْيانِها، عُكَّفاً عَلىٰ نِيرانِها، عابِدَةً لِاَوْثانِها، مُنْكِرَةً لِلّهِ مَعَ عِرْفانِها
|
|
| 18- Through my father, Muhammad , Allah dispelled the darkness of polytheism, alleviated the ambiguities in hearts, liberated eyes from dark veils, and purified souls from the dense clouds of ignorance.
|
فَأَنارَ اللّهُ بِأَبِى مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ ظُلَمَها، وَ فَرَّجَ عَنِ الْقُلُوبِ بُهَمَها، وَ جَلا عَنِ الاَبْصارِ عَمَهَها، وَ عَنِ الاَنْفُسِ غُمَمَها

|
| 19- He stood among the people as a guiding light, rescuing them from misguidance, bestowing sight upon the blind (saving them from deviation), leading them to a firm faith, and inviting them to the straight (and righteous) path.
|
وَ قامَ فِى النّاسِ بِالْهِدايَةِ، فَاَنْقَذَهُمْ مِنَ الْغَوايَةِ، وَ بَصَّرَهُمْ مِنَ الْعَمايَةِ، وَ هَداهُمْ اِلىٰ الدِّينِ الْقَوِيمِ، وَ دَعاهُمْ اِلَى الطَّرِيقِ الْمُسْتَقِيمِ
|
|
| 20- Then, Allah, the Almighty, called him back to Himself with mercy, compassion, and chosen will, to grant Muhammad tranquillity from the fatigue of this world and relieve him from the heavy burden of tribulations. He departed, surrounded by the righteous angels, in the satisfaction of the Forgiving Lord, and in the proximity of the Almighty King.

ثُمَّ قَبَضَهُ اللّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ اِلَيْهِ قَبْضَ رَأْفَةٍ وَ رَحْمَةٍ وَ اخْتِيارٍ، رَغْبَةً بِمُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ عَنْ تَعَبِ هَذِهِ الدَّارِ، مَوْضُوعاً عَنْهُ اَعْباءُ الْاَوْزارِ، مَحْفُوفاً بِالْمَلائِكَةِ الْاَبْرارِ، وَ رِضْوانِ الرَّبِّ الْغَفّارِ، وَ مُجاوَرَةِ الْمَلِكِ الْجَبّارِ
|
|
| 21- May the blessings of Allah be upon my father, the Prophet who was entrusted with divine revelations, the chosen one and the best of creation in whom Allah is most pleased. May peace be upon him, and may Allah’s mercy, benefaction, and blessings be upon him.
|
صَلَّى اللّهُ عَلىٰ أَبِى، نَبِيِّهِ، وَ أَمِينِهِ عَلَى الْوَحْىِ وَ صَفِيِّهِ، وَ خِيَرَتِهِ مِنَ الْخَلْقِ وَ رَضِيِّهِ .فَعَلَيْهِ الصَّلاةُ وَ السَّلامُ وَ رَحْمَةُ اللّهِ وَ بَرَكاتُهُ
